Basic things to start healthy lifestyle
In this article, I want to talk about how to start a healthy lifestyle. I want to go over the basics here today and specifically I want to cover 4 pillars of good health. So if you are new to leading a healthier lifestyle then this article is for you.
Pillar 1: Nutrition
Make sure your body is getting right nutrition and listen to your body in which your body may be lacking some nutrients. Eat real, unprocessed, whole foods as much as possible. Choose right ingredients for your body for better health and get inspired from other things for healthy lifestyle like people,books,etc.
Pillar 2: Water/hydration
Make sure that we're hydrating our body properly. Take enough water Eve single day. Human body is made of more than 60 % of water and it's really essential for a number of different things for making sure that we can properly distribute nutrients throughout our body, staying hydrated helps to support our digestive function. Morever, our skin health,our energy levels is affected by water . There are definitely a number of filters out there that you can get for filtering your water.
Pillar 3: Exercise
Do you know, our body love movement but you do not. Make sure to provide what your body actually loves to do. It is what we are designed of. Today's generation, many people are addicted to indoor games spending a lot of our time sitting, lying down, being kind of stagnant. Body are meant to move in all different kind of ways, different positions. Exercise is really important and good for our mental health, our physical and emotional well being. It's really good for our bone health and our heart health. Even some moves, stretching in morning can benefit us a lot and just to get your blood going and blood circulating. So, just start throwing away your laziness and keep moving your body.
You can just do whenever you like, may be short period of time because it can discouraging because we often feel like it's too hard, we don't enjoy it and don't want to do this. So, you know, pace yourself, start slowly and also find something that you love.
Pillar 4: Sleep
Make sure you have given much priority to sleep. How much time did you spend time for sleeping? Are you giving enough time for sleeping for sound health? It is really a major key to the overall health of our entire body. When we sleep, our cells and our tissues have a chance to regenerate, it's really good for our cognitive function and our memory for the next day. When we are sleeping brain's cache is cleaned out through the night. So do try and get a better night's sleep and make sure to get bed early and wake up early in the morning.
So this are some of the basics pillars for sound health which are inevitable. There are other many things to be considered for maintaining healthy lifestyle which I will mention in next article.
